RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY OVERVIEW

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Initiation: All returns and exchanges must be initiated via email.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, Socks and Footwear that show signs of wear are final sale unless defective. All items must be returned in resalable condition.

Important Note on Final Sale & Hygiene Items

To maintain the highest standards for all our urban explorers, the following are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Socks (all types)
  • Footwear (including The Functional Forma Runner, The Iconic Raven, Duratek, etc.) that have been worn outdoors or show signs of wear.
  • Any item without its original tags, packaging, or with evidence of use.

This policy ensures that every product reaching our community meets our premium quality and hygiene standards.

STEP-BY-STEP RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)

Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions

Within 1-2 business days, our team will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Do not ship any items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):

  • For Refunds: We will process your refund to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • For Exchanges: We will ship the requested replacement item to your original shipping address. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
