Step 2: Receive Authorization & Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, we will respond with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the shipping address. Do not ship items back without an RMA number, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship to the provided address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
Step 4: Processing & Refund/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival):
