• Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues are beyond our control. Tracking links are provided for all shipments.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Process: Initiate via email to [email protected] with an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
• Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve the return. Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days.
